The home of Maudie's homemade oatmeal bread, made from scratch every day. The oatmeal bread was a camp staple at the sporting camp where Maudie's children learned to bake at their mother's side. This recipe has become very popular in the Merchant Family eateries over the years, and referred to as a “signature” of their business.
